The Committee shall forward all offers/bids to the Competent Authority for approval, who will have a final say about the selection of successful bidder
After approval by the competent Authority the final selected bidder shall be informed and he has to deposit the remaining balance within three days of intimation, after which the vehicle can be taken over on “as is, where is” basis”.
