Here is the Press Release issued by the Election Commission of Pakistan regarding grant of facility of internet voting (I-Voting) for overseas Pakistanis.
2. According to the Election Commission of Pakistan, those overseas Pakistani nationals who are registered in constituencies where by-elections are being held would be able to vote through I-Voting on October 14,2018 from 0800-1700 hrs PST. The procedure for logging-in and using the I-Voting facility are spelled out in the attached Press Release.
3. The last date for on-line registration for already registered overseas Pakistanis to vote in the forthcoming by-elections is September 15, 2018 (midnight). Overseas Pakistani voters can register on the following website:
