Welcome to the Embassy of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Sweden and Finland. My staff and I are here to promote good relations and serve our people in the two countries who may need our assistance. As Pakistanis we have so much to be proud of. We are home to diverse ancient cultures and are a progressive country with warm, selfless and hardworking people such as Abdul Sattar Edhi, Malala Yousafzai to name just two.

Our youth have shown outstanding academic brilliance in universities all over the world. Pakistan is home to the second highest mountain in the world, K2. It grows world’s best fruits, the pride being our mangoes. Our Basmati rice is famous for its taste and aroma. Our cotton is known all over the world for its quality.

I am proud to represent Pakistan and look forward to work and collaborate with host governments to promote relations for mutual benefit of our people.
